About the job As Recruitmentconsultant, your responsibilities will revolve around two main poles:
) Client Management Take briefings from clients, understand their recruitment needs and translate them into an impactful job description Work closely with clients along the whole recruitment process to ensure thorough follow-up on their recruitment assignments and timely findin.
Keep them updated and manage their expectations Present them the identified candidates with conviction and coordinate the following interview process Negotiate offers and contracts between clients and selected candidates until successful closing Maintaining relationships with your past and present clients, and actively prospecting new potential customers ) Candidate Management Actively identify and contact candidates from different sources (LinkedIn, internal database, job boards, etc.) for your open jobs Manage incoming CV's, screen candidates over the phone and invite them for interviews or provide them constructive feedback Take time to get to know candidates by performing complete and caring interviews in order to propose them the best possible jobs based for them Coordinate and optimize contacts between candidates and clients, to ensure optimal satisfaction on both side In parallel, you will be asked to actively participate to the company’s success through process improvement, ad-hoc projects and self-development.As a small company, we believe everyone’s contribution is important, and we will value and encourage all initiatives that can help us grow and get better in what we do.About the ideal candidate You either have or are in the process of obtaining a bachelor's or master's degree.
You are ideally fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
You are a quick learner, willing to challenge yourself to provide high-quality work.
You can work autonomously but have the assertiveness to ask questions when needed.
